From the South (Waltham):  I-95 N/MA-128 N

1. Take Exit 33A towards Winchester US-3 S/MA-3A (Cambridge Street).
2. Follow for approximately 2.7 miles. 
3. You will pass Whole Foods and Dunkin Donuts on your left-hand side. Directly after Dunkin Donuts, make a U-Turn onto US-3N/MA-3A.
4. After passing Whole Foods and Dunkin Donuts now on your right, turn right onto Rehabilitation Way (HealthSouth New England Rehabilitation Hospital sign).
5. When driving up, you will see the Hospital directly in front of you. Go to the left around the hospital and the Main Entrance is at the back. Enter under the green awning.

From the North (Peabody): 1-95 S/MA – 128 S

1. Take Exit 33A towards Winchester US-3 S/MA-3A (Cambridge Street).
2. Follow for approximately 2.7 miles.
3. You will pass Whole Foods and Dunkin Donuts on your left-hand side. Directly after Dunkin Donuts, make a U-Turn onto US-3N/MA-3A.
4. After passing Whole Foods and Dunkin Donuts now on your right, turn right onto Rehabilitation Way (HealthSouth New England Rehabilitation Hospital sign).
5. When driving up, you will see the Hospital directly in front of you. Go to the left around the hospital and the Main Entrance is at the back. Enter under the green awning.

Public Transportation

BUS: Take MBTA Bus #350/Burlington via Mall, which stops at Cambridge Road Woburn and Rehabilitation Way.

COMMUTER RAIL:  Take the Lowell Line, the closest stations are Winchester Center and Anderson/Woburn.

From the South (Peabody): MA-128 N

1. Take Exit 22 Elliott Street/MA-62 toward Beverly/Middleton.
2. Merge right at the end of the exit onto MA-62 towards Beverly.
3. Follow for approximately 2.19 miles.
4. Turn left into Cummings Center.
5. Once you enter the Cummings Center Main Entrance, you will pass the guard station and continue straight. You will then pass the 900 Building on your left hand side and the 100 Building on your right hand side. In approximately 300 yards, Building 800 will be in directly in front of you. You will see the HealthSouth New England Rehabilitation sign on the front of the building. Enter the building under the awning directly under the HealthSouth sign on the building.

From the North (Gloucester): MA-128 S

1. Take Exit 22/MA-62 toward Beverly.
2. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Elliot Street.
3. Follow for approximately 2.19 miles.
4. Turn left into the Cummings Center.
5. Once you enter the Cummings Center Main Entrance, you will pass the guard station and continue straight. You will then pass the 900 Building on your left hand side and the 100 Building on your right hand side. In approximately 300 yards, Building 800 will be in directly in front of you. You will see the HealthSouth New England Rehabilitation sign on the front of the building. Enter the building under the awning directly under the HealthSouth sign on the building.

Public Transportation

BUS: Take MBTA Bus #451/North Beverly via Cabot Street and Cummings Center. Stop is at 101U South Drive, in Cummings Center.

COMMUTER RAIL: Take the Newburyport/Rockport Line to Salem Station.

From the South (Boston): US-3 N

1. From US-3 N, take Exit 32 onto MA-4 toward N. Chelmsford/Chelmsford.
2. Turn right onto Drum Hill Road toward Lowell. You will pass a Starbucks and McDonald’s on your left hand side. Continue on Drum Hill Road, which turns into Westford Street.
3. Keep left to stay onto Wood Street. You will see a Market Basket on your left hand side at the intersection.
4. Continue straight over the Rourke Bridge and turn left onto Pawtucket Blvd.
5. Once on Pawtucket Blvd., you will see JJ Boomers Restaurant on your right hand side. Immediately after the restaurant, turn right onto Old Ferry Road.
6. At the end of Old Ferry Road, turn left onto Varnum Avenue.
7. In approximately 2,000 feet, turn right into the D’Youville Campus. The hospital is located at 1071 Varnum Avenue. Enter through the main entrance of the building and check in with the receptionist. The hospital is located on the bottom level.

From the North (New Hampshire): US-3 S

1. From US-3 S, take Exit 35 onto MA-113/Kendall Road toward Tyngsboro.
2. Turn right at MA-113 E/Kendall Road and continue on MA-113 E.
3. Turn right on Pawtucket Blvd.
4. Take immediate left on Butterfield Road.
5. Turn right onto Sherburne Ave.
6. After approximately 1.5 miles, turn right onto Varnum Ave.
7. 1071 Varnum Avenue will be on your left, on the D’Youville Campus.  Enter through the main entrance of the building and check in with the receptionist. The hospital is located on the bottom level.

Public Transportation

BUS: Take MBTA Bus #7 towards Greater Lowell Vocational Technical School. The stop is on Varnum Ave, in front of the campus.

COMMUTER RAIL:  Take the Lowell Line to Lowell Station.
